The Green Panther is Antonio Guster's racing machine since F-Zero X. The machine was originally used as Samurai Goroh's spare, which was pilfered from another group of intergalactic bandits, but Antonio stole it upon being released from prison and realizing Goroh betrayed him. It has a strong body and an above-average boost, but a below-average grip.

This machine houses two made-to-spec RS engines with advanced power capacities that were redesigned especially for racing. The machine was pilfered from an intergalactic band of bandits as originally was used only as Samurai Goroh's spare machine. It is an extremely valuable machine, but its one drawback is that it requires an advanced degree of technical control from its pilot. |
F-Zero: GP Legend
The Green Panther becomes available after clearing the gold cup on standard or higher. It has a strong acceleration but has a poor top speed and weak cornering.
F-Zero Climax
The Green Panther becomes available after clearing the platinum cup on master.
Design and namesake
Design
The Green Panther's body goes by a simple albeit efficient racing design. Its frame is an irregular hexagon sloped downward. On the front is a lone cooling vent. Right behind it is the trapezoidal canopy. In the very back of the machine is the engine cover and two fins. The engines are arranged horizontally. The outer sides are a common green and brown camouflage printing and the engine cover, nose and fins are a darker green.
Name
The Green Panther is comprised of the words green, a secondary color by combining blue and yellow and panther, a type of big cat.
Correlation
As the name of the machine implies and as the look suggests, the machine is colored green. Nothing regarding the machine design relates to a panther except for its large size, but rather the performances relate to the cat it's named after.
Differences between games
In its introduction of F-Zero X, the Green Panther's camo printing wasn't a mirrored texture. The fins have consistently changed shape from each entry: F-Zero X had rounded edge fins, F-Zero GX had more jagged fins with rods on the ends and the GameBoy Advance titles had the fins more triangular. Also unique to the GBA titles are additional cooling vents on the lower front ends.

Trivia
- In F-Zero X, the Green Panther's alternate colors only change the fins, engine cover and front vents making it the machine with the least changes through alternate coloring. This would later be reversed in F-Zero GX.
- Antonio's driving model in F-Zero GX has him hunched over clipping into the steering wheel of the Green Panther.
