The newest recruit to the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, Lucy Liberty (ルーシー リバティ, Rūshī Ribati[?]) was the youngest member next to Jack Levin. As a long time fan of the F-Zero races she had quite a bit of knowledge about the machines. In particular she was quite knowledgeable in the mechanics of the machines, due to he fact she was apprenticed by Dr. Clash. She ended up racing after Rick Wheeler rescued her from a gang in Port Town. Though she's sweet and innocent-looking, sometimes it's best to stay out of her way.
Her vehicle is the Elegance Liberty.
