FZFW:Roger Buster (Anime)

Roger Buster is the pilot of the Mighty Hurricane, and works alongside Draq in their galactic delivery service.
History
F-Zero Farukon Densetsu (Anime)

Introduced in Lap 10 - Roger And Draq, Roger Buster and his partner, Draq, worked together in an intergalactic delivery service. Roger, on his own, was set to deliver a set of mangorians, from the planet Doriad, to the Falcon House for a boy named Alias, who loved the fruit.
Upon learning that Alias was hesitate to undergo a heart operation, both Roger and Ryu decided to compete in the upcoming F-Zero Fakestar Grand Prix in order to motivate Alias. If either of the two won, the boy would have his operation. Unbeknownst to Roger, his friend, Draq, was being threatened by Miss Killer to work for her.
As the Fake Star Grand Prix went on, Zoda announced his plan to the the F-Zero Committee. Speed sensitive bombs had been placed on each machine through Pico's sniping, making Roger and Ryu's friendly competition harder. Roger began to notice Draq taking the lead in the race, not knowing that Draq was only trying to protect him from harm. Ryu and Roger reached the dangerous levels of speed, enough to nearly trigger the explosives, but thanks to Captain Falcon, the speed sensitive bombs were diffused. Ryu took first place and was followed by Roger in second. Roger later slapped and scolded Draq for not telling him the truth any sooner, but the two reconciled. They then took Alias and his mother onboard their transport ship so that Alias could have his heart operation.

Roger and Draq were kidnapped by Zoda (in his Hyper form) during Lap 45, for questioning pertaining to a series of deliveries to a military base on the planet Lightning. Although the duo eventually escaped captivity, unknowingly thanks to Miss Killer, Roger and Draq helped Ryu Suzaku navigate his way to the base.
F-Zero GP Legend (GBA game)
In the F-Zero GP Legend GBA game, Roger is a playable character with his machine, the Mighty Hurricane. He is not featured in the story mode.

| (English Translation): A professional interplanetary deliveryman by trade, partnering with Draq. After receiving an unknown package containing F-Zero machines, they entered the races to try to complete the delivery. At first, Roger had little interest in racing, but he's since become captivated, and is now a top pilot. |
Note: The pilot profile borrowed elements from F-Zero GX, except for the addition of Animeverse Roger gradually enjoying F-Zero.

Trivia
- Although Roger and Draq are seen piloting a transport ship, it may be possible that Animeverse Roger has a truck on the side. There is a visual reference to Mainverse Roger's truck seen in the F-Zero GX Master Pilot video, within Lap 10 as Animeverse Draq contemplates over what he's gotten himself into.
